2-Person Ice Fishing Rental Package

Would you like to try your hand at ice fishing without the expense of buying all of the gear required? Now you can rent everything you need for yourself and a friend to go ice fishing for the day in one great package!

This rental package includes the following:

1 Two-person ice fishing shelter. This shelter protects you from the elements. It comes complete with a sled to cart it and all of your gear around to that perfect spot on the ice. Inside there is a two-person bench seat. Your feet stay warm and dry inside the protected tub of the sled while you fish and all of your gear stays dry and off the ice.

1 Propane heater. This “Little Buddy” Propane heater will quickly warm your ice shelter and keep you comfortable all day. Comes with 2 propane canisters.

1 Ice auger. Use this manual hand auger to blast that first hole in the ice with ease!

1 Ice chipper. Use this to chip away stubborn ice or to make your hole a little bigger for those huge lunkers!

2 ice fishing poles OR 2 tip-up rigs OR one of each. You can choose to fish with a pole so you can feel each and every little nibble, or you can choose a tip-up rod so you can set it and forget it while you concentrate on other “activities.” (wink, wink). Rods or tip-ups will be pre-rigged for basic drop-style ice fishing with shiners or worms. Additional or alternative tackle can be purchased at the shop.

1 Ice scoop. Use this scoop to maintain your ice hole by scooping out the slush as it forms. Keeps your hole from freezing over.

BAIT. Your choice of a 7qt troll bucket with 1 dozen heavy shiners OR 2 tubs of worms (Nightcrawlers or Trout Worms). Of course you can purchase additional or alternative baits at the shop too!

This is everything you need for 2 people to have a good time ice fishing. A pickup truck, trailer or other larger vehicle will be required in order to pick up and transport this gear. It will not fit in a standard car or small SUV.
